Zeroday. What does it mean? Inspired by one of our founding members’ Appalachian Trail thru-hike*, Zeroday is a gentle reminder to ourselves to take a pause, have a great beer and to explore some of the side trails that life offers because the views are almost always worth it!
In the summer of 2017, we opened our Outpost at the nearby Broad Street Market. This 16-seat bar in the stone building of this historic farmers market features a selection of our brews and many delicious food venders from around the world. Our Broad Street Market Outpost also offers some of the best people watching in Central Pennsylvania.
By 2020 it had become obvious that we had long maxed out our capacities of both our brewing and retail operations and began the journey of guiding our brewery through an expansion that allows us to keep up with the growing demand for our products as well as enhance our customer experience.
In the fall of 2020, we opened our newest Outpost in the lobby of the Midtown Cinema featuring a gourmet hot dog bar and outdoor beer garden.
In March of 2021, we opened our Taproom on 3rd, just a few blocks down the street from where it all began. This new Taproom adds a dedicated event space, beer garden and a small batch brewery which will allow us to dive even deeper into our creative process.
We have transformed our original space into a dedicated production facility with a larger brewing capacity, better process control and the ability to provide a greater and more consistent selection of canned beer.
Our Tasting Rooms and Outposts are meant to be relaxing, like a Zeroday off the trail. #FindYourZeroday. Meet new people, hang out and unwind after a long day at the job…We can’t wait to see you there.
*Droppin’ a little knowledge: The Appalachian Trail is one of the longest continuously marked footpaths in the world, measuring roughly 2,180 miles in length. The Trail goes through 14 states along the crests and valleys of the Appalachian mountain range from the southern terminus at Springer Mountain, Georgia, to the Trail’s northern terminus at Katahdin, Maine. For those of you who wondered, it took our founder, Theo, five months, including two zerodays to finish his hike of the Applachian Trail.
